General information only
The calculators and articles on Momentix are provided for general information, planning and education. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that results are complete, current or suitable for your situation.
No professional relationship
Using a Momentix calculator, reading its guidance, or contacting us through the site does not create a client, advisory, medical or professional relationship of any kind between you and Momentix or its operator. Nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your full circumstances.
Financial, tax and property calculators
Savings, compound interest, loan, mortgage, profit margin, break-even, freelance rate, VAT and UK take-home pay results depend on simplified assumptions – constant rates, regular payments, and no fees, arrangement costs or inflation unless stated. Tax and property figures reflect the tax year and jurisdiction named on each page; thresholds and rates change, and we recheck them periodically but cannot guarantee a figure is current at the moment you use it. These results are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice; speak to a licensed adviser, accountant or conveyancer before acting on them.
Health calculators (BMI)
The BMI Calculator gives a body mass index figure for adults aged 18 and over, using the standard formula and the NHS/WHO adult weight categories. BMI does not measure body fat directly, does not account for muscle mass, pregnancy or certain ethnic backgrounds, and does not apply to children or teenagers, who need age- and sex-specific growth charts instead. It is not a diagnosis. If a result concerns you, or you have questions about a healthy weight for your situation, speak to a GP or another qualified health professional.
Date, time and percentage tools
Date and business-day results follow the calendar rules described on each page. Official deadlines, contracts and legal time limits may count days differently, so always confirm against the governing document.
Study tools
Weighted grade results assume the weights you enter are correct and that your institution rounds and grades in the standard way. Your school's official calculation always takes precedence.
Invoices, images and other tools
The Invoice Generator lays out the details you type and works out totals from them; it does not check that an invoice meets the requirements of your country, and it is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Image, QR code and notes tools run in your browser; keep a copy of your originals, as we cannot recover files you change or lose.
Astrology
Sun, Moon and Rising placements are calculated with standard astronomical formulas and are approximate, especially near sign boundaries. Astrological interpretations are offered for reflection and entertainment and are not predictions or advice.
